On Saturday, July 27th, GSMS employees volunteered their time at the 27th Ventura County Stand Down. This event provides veterans, many of whom are homeless, with free health, dental and legal services as well as clothing, food and temporary housing. Attendees were bussed in from all over Ventura and Los Angeles Counties to take advantage of these much-needed resources. By the end of the day, GSMS employees had distributed over 187 toiletry kits and volunteered a collective 21 hours.
